1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Chemstrat Industrial (Pty) Ltd website and the quotation-request service offered on it.
2. Quotations, not orders
Products on this website are displayed for information and selection only. Adding items to your quote request and submitting a request does not create a binding order or contract of sale. It is a request for a quotation. Pricing is provided only when we deliver a formal quotation to you.
3. Pricing
All prices quoted are in South African Rand and, where applicable, include VAT as the final customer-facing price. Prices are subject to confirmation on the quotation we issue and may change without notice until a quotation is accepted.
4. Acceptance and fulfilment
A contract of sale is formed only once you accept our written quotation and we confirm acceptance. Delivery, collection and payment terms are set out in the quotation and any accompanying invoice.
5. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, but images and specifications are for general guidance. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for chemical products.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chemstrat is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
